Our Terms & Conditions
- SK Fragrance only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies, Testers or fakes.
- All images are for illustration purposes only and may not be the exact bottle received, please check full product details for packaging and description.
- All stock and prices are subject to availability.
- All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
- Please check your order details carefully before submitting, as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed. SK Fragrance will not grant compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
- Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. SK Fragrance will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer at the time of purchase.
- All purchases must be paid for prior to despatch of the goods. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cheque. Time should be allowed for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
- According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given SK Fragrance express permission to do so.
- If SK Fragrance has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. SK Fragrance will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
- Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then need to re-order the goods if they are still required.
- Orders not received, which were dispatched, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
- If an order is not received you must notify SK Fragrance in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
- SK Fragrance shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
- In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, SK Fragrance will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, SK Fragrance will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.
- None of the above effects your statutory rights.
Cancellation and Returns
You can return a product up to ten working days after delivery for a full refund or replacement. If part of your order is damaged then you should notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. Our returns process is simple and straight forward; please contact us and provide your full name and order number. You are liable for the cost of returning non-faulty products. If the product is faulty then we will issue a refund for the value of the returns postage within 3 working days. You are advised to return the product by Recorded Delivery and/or request Proof of Postage.
We can only accept return of products that remain sealed and unused in the original packaging, refunds will only be made to the card you used and within 30 days, in most cases it will be within 3 working days. |
