We accept all major credit and debit cards through Secure Trading on our website.
We operate anti-fraud precautions, and make every effort to find and prosecute fraudsters who abuse our online shopping system.
We are happy to accept payment by personal cheque, payable to SK GROUP OF COMPANIES. Customers should note that orders placed by cheque can only be despatched once the cheque has cleared. Therefore, orders may be delayed by 8 to 10 days.
All our prices include VAT.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made via Royal Mail. All deliveries are sent recorded and will need to be signed for. If you are not at home to receive your order, a card will be left by Royal Mail advising you that you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office during the next seven days. Alternatively, we can send your order to a different address, such as your place of work.
At present, we only normally deliver within the UK. However, should you wish your order to be shipped to an overseas address, please contact us.
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, subject to the payment process, using second class ‘signed for’ Royal Mail delivery, which typically takes two to three working days. They can be tracked during delivery and are fully insured.
TO PROTECT OURSELVES AND OUR CUSTOMERS FROM CARD FRAUD, GOODS CAN ONLY BE SENT TO THE CARDHOLDER'S ADDRESS.
RETURNS
At SK Fragrance, we strive to satisfy each one of our customers. We aim to offer the highest level of quality and service. However, should you be dissatisfied with our product, please follow our returns procedure below:
- please inform us either by email, telephone or letter of your intention to return the goods.
- the goods must be in all the original packaging, adequately packaged.
- return the goods within ten days of receipt of your order, to the address above, by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
We will promptly process your request and refund your payment.
