We are keen and frequent internet shoppers ourselves - preferring to avoid the hassle of driving into town, finding a parking space, fighting through the crowds, trying to find what you are looking for ...
However, in our experience, internet shopping can have some pitfalls. Some websites can be confusing and unfriendly; personal customer service can be lacking; products are not always actually 'in stock'; delivery can be very slow and inconvenient.
A particular problem when buying fragrances online is authenticity ... so many fake products are on the market. They may look and smell the same initially, but the fragrance soon deteriorates on your skin, leaving a less than pleasant odour!
